      <description>There's a new Interface in Town, and its name is AD385A.   It is a PCI-X 2.0 266 MHz NIC as opposed to the AB287A/AD144A being a 1.0 133 MHz.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That means the hardware is theoretically capable of "link-rate" 10 GbE operation whereas the AB287A/AD144A was limited to at _best_ 7.X Gbit/s with enough CPU oomph and tailwind behind it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Of course, to get the benefits of the AD385A one has to have a PCI-X 2.0 266 MHz slot to plug it into...</description>
