what does this syslog message mean:

NFS getattr failed for server ignite1: RPC: (unknown error code)

Shalom,

Usually it means that the nfs server you are trying to connect to, namee ignite1 is not available.

It could be because of network problems or the NFS server is off line.

It would be great if i could hear more about the problem you faced. Did you get the error on NFS server or client ? How often do you get this error ?

We faced this problem only once. & we got this error on one development server.
