I have clone a RP4440 from another system with ignite, but the lan name is not sequential

How I can change the lan 2 with 1 and 4 with 3 ?

Shalom,

How those numbers get assigned is something of a mystery. Changing them after installation is generally troublesome.

It can be done but is rarely worth the trouble.

Ciao,

if I understand fine you need to change the lan instance number and not to reinstall the entire lan driver.
I changed lan instance number successfully in the past with the procedure in the following document:

UTRANKBRC00017098 - How To Change lan Instance numbers in HPUX

I hope you can access to ITRC knowledge base. You need the ioconfig_dump tool.
