Glance Error Message

I am receiving the following error message on a D class Server running 10.2. Does anyone know what it means?

GlancePlus fatal error.

You can restart the midaemon from /opt/perf/bin/midaemon and see. What is happening if you restart glance?

I tried starting midaemon and then tried running Glance, but i receive the same error
