      <description>ran this command and it was successful&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; lvextend -L 26000M /dev/vg_test/lv_plp&lt;BR /&gt;Warning: rounding up logical volume size to extent boundary at size "26048" MB.&lt;BR /&gt;Logical volume "/dev/vg_test/lv_plp" has been successfully extended.&lt;BR /&gt;Volume Group configuration for /dev/vg_test has been saved in /etc/lvmconf/vg_test.conf&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;fsadm -F vxfs -b 26000M /u03/app/plp             &lt;BR /&gt;vxfs fsadm: file system on /dev/vg_test/rlv_plpstage has structural damage&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;can someone help me out the system did not crash...however I read this could be an indication.</description>
