      <description>h/w : rx7620&lt;BR /&gt;o/s : hpux 11.23pi 2005.5patched&lt;BR /&gt;ip: 170.1.x.x mask 255.0.0.0&lt;BR /&gt;default gateway: 170.0.x.x&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have registed default gateway to netconf file&lt;BR /&gt;Afer I rebooting the server&lt;BR /&gt;"netstat -rn" show my default gateway setting.&lt;BR /&gt;But after some minute, "netstat" show default gateway disappered.&lt;BR /&gt;so, I have try /sbin/init.d/net stop and start &lt;BR /&gt;then gateway setting show again and not disappered any more!!&lt;BR /&gt;please give me some idea!!</description>

      <description>What do you mean by it disappears??&lt;BR /&gt;It stops responding? What is your setting for ndd -get /dev/ip ip_ire_gw_probe&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This should be disabled.</description>

      <description>netconf file&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; ROUTE_DESTINATION[0]=default&lt;BR /&gt; ROUTE_GATEWAY[0]=170.0.0.1&lt;BR /&gt; ROUTE_COUNT[0]=1&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#ndd -get /dev/ip  ip_ire_gw_probe &lt;BR /&gt;0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I set it with sam util.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Afer rebooting server&lt;BR /&gt;I login server then&lt;BR /&gt;gateway setting show corectly by netstat -rn&lt;BR /&gt;but afer some minute , netstat -rn show&lt;BR /&gt;default gateway setting disppered!!&lt;BR /&gt;netstat -in show network ip setting corectly.&lt;BR /&gt;I have to /sbin/init.d/net restart to not disapper default gateway.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;my lan interface setting&lt;BR /&gt;lan0 170.1.0.x mask 255.0.0.0 &amp;lt;-supernet&lt;BR /&gt;lan3 192.168.0.x mask 255.255.0.0 &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>can you post,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# netstat -rnv&lt;BR /&gt;# netstat -in&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;output.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you using in this,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ROUTE_MASK[0]=""&lt;BR /&gt;ROUTE_COUNT[0]=""&lt;BR /&gt;ROUTE_ARGS[0]=""&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;in /etc/rc.config.d/netconf file. Is there any error(s) in etc/rc.log on regarding net(work) startup?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hth.</description>
