Dear All ,

Pl. guide me about NIS . how to configure NIS on my server and what setting required at hp-ux work station side . I have 10.2 and 11i versions of o/s .

And also tell me what precautions r required.

There is a good O'Reilly book on NIS.

Lots of variables involved that we are not privy to.
