Why OSIDIAG cannot work?

I used osidiag utility to do something. But nothing happened when I press F4 (select item) and F8 (exit) in UI. Why? Is there anything wrong?

I had the same problem. Terminalsettings
won't help, just do what it says:
It says: ^F4=Done ^F8=Previous Menu
So don't press F4 or ctrl+F4,
but ctrl+F 4

In other words:
press 'ctr' and 'f' at the same time,
release and press 4 (or other number).
