Error during applying patch

Hi ,

When i tried to configure a Tape drive on A HP server. It requires a few patches .I try to download the below patches for HP 11.11
PHKL_18543, PHKL_20530, PHKL_26784 and PHCO_19732. I am able to download only a single patch for 11.11 and i have sucessfully installed it. But PHKL_18543, PHKL_20530 and PHCO_19732 are not avaibale for 11.11. If i download all the four patches and install it , i get the below error, Currently, there are no products on this source which are compatible with target. Therefore no products are shown.

Please help me in confiuring the tape drive and regardingteh patches

those patches r for 11.00 not 11.11.

hi,

may i know exactly what tape drive u were trying to configure? also, r u sure u r on 11.11:

# uname -a
is it 11.11?

u may also like to assign points, 0 out of 24 is not exactly good.

I am sure its HP UX 11.11 and verified with uname -a too.

The tape drive model we are using is an HP DLT 20/40 external tape drive

hi,

do u have the exact message which requested for the above stated patches, i.e. pre-requisites?

if it is stape patch for 11.11, u should at least have PHKL_29899 (recommended).

DLT 20/40 or DAT 20/40? HP model?

The patch PHKL_29899 is already installed and the tape drive is DLT 20/40 and the Product ID is C6378A
