      <description>Why are you running the fsadm command on the disk device c1t0d0s2? Don't you use a volume manager such as LVM or VxVM?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Again, you are running a filesystem command on the disk slice c1t0d0s2. Do you have a veritas filesystem on that whole disk? Usually the fsadm command is run on volumes or mountpoints such as /dev/vg00/lvolX or /oradata1.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If indeed you have a filesystem on the whole disk c1t0d0s2, then based on the error, the kernel VxFS fileset is version 3.3 and the VxFS command fileset is version 3.5. You probably have a VxFS PHCO patch installed but do not have the equivalent VxFS kernel patch.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Need more details here about what is installed on this server.</description>
