The short answer (other than for the Itanium) is that it is not; unlike Solaris there is no Intel port.

HP-UX for PA-RISC and Itanium processors is available from HP for a price.

There is not such thing as HP-UX for an Intel processor.

There is also no such thing as a legitimate copy of HP-UX that is free or available for download.

Its not available for free anywhere.
It has been released for Itanium Processors. If you would have purchased from HP you can contact them.

If you want Unix for an intel chip for little or no outlay, go for Linux.

If you can buy a used Workstation from a reseller, chances are it will come with HP-UX 10.20 (which HP supplied to its customer for free when 9x release was killed).

or If you have a way to buy from Ebay, that would be a great option. I just saw a 712/60 with 64MB for $40 bucks :)))

You can run HPUX OS or PA-RISC Linux on that box if you want.
