    <description>Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can somebody please help on what does this errors means and what to do?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;vxfs mount: V-3-20023: file system on /dev/vg02/lvol1 has structural damage&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# fsck /dev/vg02/lvol1&lt;BR /&gt;vxfs fsck: V-3-20727: OLT extent 0 has bad magic&lt;BR /&gt;read of primary OLT failed&lt;BR /&gt;vxfs fsck: V-3-20727: OLT extent 1 has bad magic&lt;BR /&gt;read of OLT copy failed&lt;BR /&gt;vxfs fsck: V-3-20718: no valid OLT, cannot continue&lt;BR /&gt;file system check failure, aborting ...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;VG02 has 13 logical volumes and only the lvol1 cannot be mounted.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Appreciate immediate help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!</description>
