      <title>ftp by proxy</title>

      <description>If I am logged on to hostA, and I open an FTP connection to hostB, and from therte, do "proxy open hostC", can I transfer files between hostB and hostC?&lt;BR /&gt;This seems to be what the man page says, but I can't get it to work.&lt;BR /&gt;All machines are HP-UX (in this case, 11.11, but we have other versions) all machines are on the local network, and there are no firewalls between them.&lt;BR /&gt;I don't want to have to install any third-party software for this. I've attached some output from one of my attempts. Am I just being thick, or missing something, or do I need a patch?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>
