Failure Message in syslog

Hello,

I keep getting the same message over and over in /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log. Here is a brief recent selection :

Dec 10 04:56:54 host vmunix: ltpi_icmpv4_parse_msg: failed to pull up inner IP header
Dec 10 04:56:55 host vmunix: ltpi_icmpv4_parse_msg: failed to pull up inner IP header
Dec 10 05:02:16 host above message repeats 3 times
Dec 10 06:16:57 host vmunix: ltpi_icmpv4_parse_msg: failed to pull up inner IP header
Dec 10 06:16:57 host vmunix: ltpi_icmpv4_parse_msg: failed to pull up inner IP header
Dec 10 06:22:17 host above message repeats 3 times
Dec 10 07:37:00 host vmunix: ltpi_icmpv4_parse_msg: failed to pull up inner IP header
Dec 10 07:37:00 host vmunix: ltpi_icmpv4_parse_msg: failed to pull up inner IP header
Dec 10 07:42:17 host above message repeats 3 times
Dec 10 08:57:02 host vmunix: ltpi_icmpv4_parse_msg: failed to pull up inner IP header
Dec 10 08:57:03 host vmunix: ltpi_icmpv4_parse_msg: failed to pull up inner IP header
Dec 10 09:02:18 host above message repeats 3 times

It is fairly regular like this.

Hi

The symbol comes from the OpenCall product .

Do you use it.

Try restarting it.

Try reinstalling it and check patch levels

Do not have the product so cannot test
