One of my disk is giving me below error.I have veritas file system

Server has Solaris OS and ioscan commandis not running on that.

This is a HP-UX forum, don't expect Solaris support here!

You did label the disk (with format) and run vxdisksetup before your tried to configure vxvm on it? If not, do!
