    <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Bad disk or a recent removal of a hot swap disk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd favor bad disk at this point.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If its a hot swap, contact HP hardware support for a replacement.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If its an internal disk, engage them to come handle the replacement, schedule some downtime.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check the device and bus which is generating scsi reset. It is not responding to I/O operations. Most propable causes for this error is bad disk, bad controller or improper/defective terminator.</description>

      <description>These errors can be due to:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. The IO timeout setting for the physical disk being set too low&lt;BR /&gt;2. A problem with the SCSI connector for that device&lt;BR /&gt;3. Not having the latest SCSI patches installed&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check with below commands&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ll /dev/dev/* | grep -i 001000&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This will give you the disk and its controller.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Contact HP Hardware support for this defective part to get replaced.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SKR</description>

Will check manually and see if thre are any loose connections.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
