    <description>ahh more vague problem descriptions... did you consider actually telling us what commands you are running?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'll assume lvremove/vgremove are the commands that are failing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just use vgexport instead. So if your vg for which you have removed the disks is called vg02 just run:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;vgexport vg02&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTH&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Duncan</description>
