    <description>Try to remove device files for unpresented disks with rmsf:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#rmsf -H path&lt;BR /&gt;for example &lt;BR /&gt;#rmsf -H 5/0/12/1/0/4/0.16.194.0.0.1.2&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and after that run vgscan again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards,&lt;BR /&gt;ivan</description>
