I am a part-time system admin for a G30 running 10.20. I am trying to connect via telnet to the system from my PC (using Reflection terminal emulation software). When I try to connect, I get the message "Connection refused by host."

I take this to mean that there is some setting in HP-UX that is preventing me from connecting. I know that my PC is reaching the 9000, because I can ping it.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
