      <description>I've run into this on Solaris systems, but not on HP. The solution (such as it is) has been to stop and restart NFS on the client that's giving this error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; Jason&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Linda&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the errors, indicates mountd is not started, But there are some NFS request on the machine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could v know, what is ur requirment???&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When this error occures???&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;could u give the output of &lt;BR /&gt;*) /etc/exports&lt;BR /&gt;*) /etc/rc.config.d/nfsconf&lt;BR /&gt;*) /etc/fstab&lt;BR /&gt;*) /etc/auto_master&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;so that, we can help u in better way.!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;suresh</description>
