Hi,

Anyone knows what is FTAM error_id 2020 means?
When I am trying to connect, getting the following error.....

/home/itraj>ftam
Apitrace = 0.
Filestore set to ux.
Verbose mode off.
ftam> connect
(to) tclhyd
Username (tclhyd:):
Password (tclhyd:):
Confirmation failed.
Message from tclhyd:
FTAM error_id 2020
ftam>

And one more thing, where can get the information about FTAM errors?

Hi Nagesh,
It looks like username/password error.You check for the lower layer OTS communication also.
I think you are from TTL/TCL Hyd and I am sure taht you have all the manuals for FTAM ,OTS Config and Error codes.
Is it the Nagehwar rao who worked with me on TTL/TCL projects around 1999-2000 ?
