I have two hp unix server rp8400 and i want to make clustering between them what are the steps should i follow?

And if you haven't done so already, buy the software MC/ServiceGuard (or another clustering software, like VCS)

Once you have looked over the documents mentioned above, you can find a lot of FAQs related to serviceguard as follows:

Search the http://itrc.hp.com technical knowledge database (login required)
for more ServiceGuard documents using the prefixes of UXSG* or UMCSG*
