SNA library "libappc.sl" missing

Hi,

I am running hp-ux 11i and installed
SNAplus2 product (J2720BA).
The application consultant says "libappc.sl"
library is missing in the system.

Is this part of this product?
Where can get this library for 11i?

check whether this library file is there at /opt/sna/lib

If it is present there add the path to the
LIBRARY_PATH.

This is part of the product.
Even there are no patches listed for 11i on the site.

Can you please go thru' the pre-requisite before carrying up with the installation.

I will revert if I get some useful info

Also do check the installation log

and /var/sna/log/sna.err file for the error hint.

Any problem with the installation of the package should be thrown there

What is the output of

#swlist -l product|grep -i sna
3270-Common R6.11.11.001 Common files for SNAP2-3270 and TN3270
SNAplus2-Common R6.11.11.001 Common files
SNAplus2-Link R6.11.11.001 Supports communication over SDLC, QLLC, and LAN links

Make sure these components are loaded.

swlist shows as in your mail. Is your system
having this library?

I don't find this library in /opt/sna/lib

If you have this library, it is possible for
you to attach?

Hi,

libappc.sl is part of another product called J2724BA - SNAPlus2 API.

It has to be purchased!!
