      <description>i ddi use xstm -x to find out ..after selected the lan card ..but it didn't give me the level of BIOS or ROm...did i miss something?</description>

      <description>You've got another thread on this.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is HP-UX, there really isn't a BIOS or ROM for the card that I know of.  I haven't ever seen a firmware update for NIC cards.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What EXACTLY do your network guys need?  This information should be fairly irrelevant for them.</description>
