    <description>In addition to those 5 ndd commands, also execute these:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ndd -set /dev/hme adv_T4_cap 0&lt;BR /&gt;ndd -set /dev/hme adv_autoneg_cap 0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And make sure that your switch port is also set to 100 fdx.</description>

      <description>This is a question on SOLARIS, not on HP&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ndd -set /dev/hme instance 0&lt;BR /&gt;ndd -set /dev/hme adv_100fdx_cap 1&lt;BR /&gt;ndd -set /dev/hme adv_100hdx_cap 0&lt;BR /&gt;ndd -set /dev/hme adv_10fdx_cap 0&lt;BR /&gt;ndd -set /dev/hme adv_10fdx_cap 0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, I did above, when I run:&lt;BR /&gt;ndd -get /dev/hme link_mode &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I got "0" return where it supposed to be "1" instead.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Why?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
