      <title>Cann't exec rcp remsh!</title>

      <description>Form workstation A I can use rlogin logon workstation B,but I cann't use rcp copy file from workstation B to A and cann't use remsh to exec command on B and show the result on A!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe some problem with /etc/hosts.equiv and $Home/.rhosts,but I don't know how to set it!</description>

      <description>Thank U Farrelly!&lt;BR /&gt;But now I just can exec rcp or remsh only with normal user except root user!</description>

      <description>Make sure that you have also added .rhosts for the root account on the system that you wish to rcp to.&lt;BR /&gt;Be sure that you place the .rhosts file in the correct directory. Check the /etc/passwd file to be sure.</description>

      <description>There r two workstation: SH7 and RM63!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On RM63, the /etc/hosts.equiv file only has one line:"SH7"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In user axadmin's home directory the .rhost file's content is:&lt;BR /&gt;+@1353sh.hp.netgroup axadmin&lt;BR /&gt;localhost axadmin&lt;BR /&gt;+@1353sh.hp.netgroup snml&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In user root's home directory the .rhost file's content is:&lt;BR /&gt;+@1353sh.hp.netgroup root&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The root and axadmin are all legal user on both RM63 and SH7. The /etc/passwd file is right too.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But now only axadmin user can do rcp/remsh on SH7 regard RM63 as remote workstation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What wrong with root user?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
