connection reset by peer

Hi
we have HP-ux 11 loaded in B132L+
the problem is telnet,rlogin,ftp connection comes out automatically...in case of rlogin the error message is
# rlogin: reader: recv: Connection reset by peer
Connection closed.
this happens very frequently ,sometimes once in a min also..
i have attached the netfmt -f /var/adm/nettl.LOG00 output
any help would be appreciated!!!

Looks like you have a duplicate network ip on the network.

try removing the network cable from the hp machine and try doing a ping to check out the duplicate ip machine.

You have IP conflict from a Compaq Machine which is having same IP address as your Server.
