The S/W J1644AA is installed by factory. However, whenever I reboot the A500, the Token Ring card is initialised sucessfully and LANSCAN shows H/W State is UP. But I can't ping the card until I reset it by LANADMIN and enable it via SAM. I checked that the version of PCITR is B.11.11.02, and PH_KL24854 (PCI Cumulative Patch) and PHNE_24492 (LAN Product Cumulative Patch) are installed.<BR /><BR />Is that a patch or H/W issue?
