Problem with SAM

UNEXPECTED EXIT:
process
LANG=C LC_ALL=C /usr/sam/lbin/samx -C -p 15583 -s users /usr/sam/lib//ug.ui exited with a non-zero exit status.
sh: 15698 Bus error(coredump)

I have a before message in sam, Accounts for Users and Groups, Users.

Anybody can help me ?

You tried this as root? If yes, I guess is patches issue. What OS are you using? For 11, check if you have PHCO_17792 cumulative SAM/ObAM or newer.

To resolve your problem:

1. rm /etc/sam/br

2. mkdir /etc/sam/br

/etc/sam/br was a file, but needs to be a directory in order for
SAM save the graph files to that location.
