In my L1000 I have 2 NIC's. Between 00.00 and 00.05 both the NIC's go down. The link (tested with linkloop) stays ok, but a ping gives all packet-loss. Nothing in the dmesg or the syslog.log. Cards have been replaced. System is patched to latest level. Only method is a reset of the cards or the switchports. The switch (HP ProCurve) is also on the latest firmware-level (C.09.09)... can anyone explain or give another hint?!

Both nics are 100FD (manual set) and also the switch-ports.
