I'm setting up all our servers to point to 2 internal systems for time. I just need to know if there are any specific pathes that I need to install on both 10.20 and 11.00 for NTP.

Looks like there are some patches:

for 10.20:

s700_800 10.20 Cumulative SAM/ObAM Patch(PHCO_22268)

s700_800 10.X NTP timeservices upgrade plus utilities(PHNE_23717)

for 11.0:

s700_800 11.00 NTP timeservices upgrade plus utilities (PHNE_23697)

s700_800 11.00 cumulative SAM/ObAM patch (PHCO_23876)

Hi,
PHNE_19711 for HPUX 11.x
PHNE_19710 for HPUX 10.X

Long time back I had applied above patch.
They may be superseeded by now.
