      <description>If your internet service provider is open then you should be able to browse out of the box.  If not, then you will need an IP gateway or Firewall address and port number which should be entered into;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Edit/Preferences/Advanced/Proxies in the netscape GUI.  If this machine is at your job, you should call your network/security administrator to find out if there is a gateway or proxy setup to authenticate your http/ftp requests from netscape.</description>
