      <description>There is nothing on HPs web site about basidsd.  I think I can say with 100% certainty that this is NOT an HP-UX process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do a search on your system to see what directory this file is in.  You should also be able to determine what 3rd part product this belongs by the directory.</description>
