The process basidsd is consuming a lot of CPU, and I don?t know nothing about this process, if it is about SO or some aplication.

There is nothing on HPs web site about basidsd. I think I can say with 100% certainty that this is NOT an HP-UX process.

Do a search on your system to see what directory this file is in. You should also be able to determine what 3rd part product this belongs by the directory.
