    <description>To answer the second question, It depends on the switch that the 9000 is connected to.  If the switch manufacturer allows this then Auto-Port Aggregation should work with it.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've not been successful in getting the Cisco switches I've worked with to do this.  I was trying to remove any single point of failure, but the trunking between switches would not form an aggregate.  BTW... APA is known as Fast Ether Channel in the Cisco world, and switch Trunking is what I was attempting to do to build the aggregate.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get this working, let me know.</description>

      <description>In the 11.0 environment, on a variety of N, L servers, may 1000Base SX PCI LAN adapters (A4926A) be "aggregated" in an "etherchannel" mode to provide twice the bandwidth, as well as failover capabilities?  Also, is this same configuration possible for 100BaseT adapters (A5230A).  ServiceGuard within this environment...</description>
