    <description>Unfortunately, there is not enough information in your original post to be of much help.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What signal is interrupting the recv() call?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This bit of information will give you (and us) a direction to help determine what is wrong with your recv()/read() call.</description>

      <title>Problem in reading socket</title>

      <description>When my clent socket is trying to read I am getting a siganl. Server has no problem in writing&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What could be the problem ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am trying the synchronoze the server by giving it a time out period of 1 and to the client 5.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will appreciate ant solutions.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>
