    <description>the best palce to get tcpdump is probably &lt;A href="http://www.tcpdump.org" target="_blank"&gt;www.tcpdump.org&lt;/A&gt; - it is the most up-to-date. for example, 3.4 and 3.5 do not know how to use "ifconfig names" on hp-ux, but the just release 3.6 does&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
