      <description>&lt;P&gt;This info should help.I found the document via&amp;nbsp; a search, but the link is crazy.&amp;nbsp; Search for doc ID:&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;emr_na-c00858118-1&lt;/STRONG&gt;﻿.&amp;nbsp; The title is&amp;nbsp; Smart Array SA6400 - Integrity Server internal disk no automatic recovery".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the info in summary:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the controller failed to detect the new disk, you may have to reset the controller:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;#&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;sautil&amp;nbsp;/dev/cissX reset_ctlr ﻿&amp;nbsp; (substitue X as required)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Start the recovery process if needed:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;#&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;sautil&amp;nbsp;/dev/cissX&amp;nbsp;start_recovery ﻿&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Bob&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
