Microsoft SQL server 2008, 2005 client for HP-UX

Hi,

We have one requirement in which we need to connect our HP-UX v2 and v3 systems to Microsoft SQL database. Could anyone please let me know from where can we download this client.

Shalom,

HP-UX does have an ODBC client. This is the only access method I know about that will work with MS SQL.

It is not so simple is your database is UniData but once you are familiar with the process, anyway it can be done within a SQL Stored Procedure.

At first, you need the ODBC for the box over a client 32-bit

Then if the database is UniData you will previously need to use the Visual Schema Generator but if the data is in Unix format only you are ready to go...
