topic exception in java thread error in Operating System - HP-UX

exception in java thread error

hi experts,

i am installing oracle 9i in rx2620 server and os is 11iv23.

i reached to the runstaller from disk and it also display installer screen, but when i click next then it shows error of "Exception in thread main".

Experts plz help me as early as possible.

Hi,

Please,

1- recheck your media .
2- recheck the system kernel parameters.
3- try "runinstaller" with the following option:

./runinstaller -ignoresysprereqs

and pleas, attach the installer log file (i dun remember its name exactly but wizard should tell you about its path)

Do you have enough memory (maxdsiz) and swap space?
