topic oracle installation problem. in Operating System - HP-UX

oracle installation problem.

Dear Experts,

i have to install oracle 9i on rx2620 server.
os version = 11iv23

now i m trying to install it using xmanager. but it stuck at installer's first next click.
and it shows error of "exception in java thread main". and it not proceed further.

plz do the needful as early as possible.

plz find the attached document where i am stuck.

The version of Java you use seems old for a new product,recommend to use new version OR check Oracle notes on compatibility..

as per oracle documentation it require java 1.3

and i am going through this version

Download Xming and install it on your windows box. Now pull up Xming and do a Launch and then click "no access restrictions"

Now fir up runInstaller to display on Xming rather than xmanager.

You may also need to download and install Xming font packages ( standard ).

I think the problem is with your PC-Xserver rather than Oracle.
