HP-UX HAOE to VSOE

Hi,
have HPUX 11iv3 HAOE running on rx6600. as these server are free now and i want to install HPUX integrity VM on this. but HAOE does not include IA-VM. So just wanted to check which licenses/software modules do i need to get this requirement catered?

thanks. my query i which licenses/ modules do i need to make this happen other than just VM module.
