    <description>Hi Ajin,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is the first usual steps HP support make with some internal HP confidential  tools  to make a quick first pass analyzis of  a system crash dump, and usually try to match the panic to an already known problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For this , hp confidential tools are needed, some hpux  internals ( which is hp intelectual property) are usually needed too.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you need to have a system crash dump analyzed, then probably the first place to go is hp support.</description>
