Hi,

Either bus 0 of your controller card or PV 0 attached to SCSI bus 0 has failed. You will need to replace the controller card or drive.

PCS

Shalom,

I'm quite familiar with the D Class servers owning two myself in jerusalem.

What has happened is some component of the i/o infrastructure has failed.

The most likley cause is a disk went bad. if multiple disks are listed then it could be a controller, cable or drive cable. The disk will need to be replaced most likely.

SEP
