    <description>These errors are not vxvm related but are reported by the sdisk device driver for a bad disk. The major and minor number "b 31 0x060100" translates to the block special file "/dev/dsk/c6t0d1". Check with dd if "/dev/dsk/c6t0d0" is okay.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;~hope it helps</description>
