We have an HP-UX 11.11 system connected to an external storage EVA-4000 through fiber channel.
We are having problems connecting to volume groups in the storage.
When we issue the "vgchange -a y vgxxx" command nothing happens but some errors in the syslog.
The logs are something like:
"AUTOPATH error : Path 0xbcxxxxx failed!Rerouting to alternate."

Do we have to do with an hardware problem in the xternal storage or some other problems could be also possible?
