    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This could be another reason as well..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This message is generated when trying to open a temporary lun,&lt;BR /&gt;and, with the new SCSI probing, has turned into an informative&lt;BR /&gt;message only.  This should not be output in the general case.&lt;BR /&gt;This problem was originally fixed with:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;[PHKL_27579/PACHRDME/English] &lt;BR /&gt;          11.11 SCSI IO Subsystem Cumulative Patch&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Note: This patch, as with any patch, may be superseded.Please check for the latest patches at the IT Resource Center (ITRC)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your system is of 11.11 then it would be better if you check for this patch...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Prashanth</description>

      <description>some of disks missing to the volume group vgp160pb, vgp160pba and vgp022pb. Please check vgdisplay -v |more and you may see these volume groups saying not active and missing some disks.</description>
