I need to install the HP-UX 11i v3 in RX6600 because I test the HP Integrity VM so I can download the HP-UX where.

You need to purchase HP-UX OE licence. Have a look at the following link for more details about HP-UX 11i licencing:

you want to use Integrity VM, so you need to purchase Virtual Server Operating Environment(VSE-OE). Have a look at the following document for HP-UX 11iv3 Operating Environments:

Thank you for your support. There any way to try HP-UX, Integrity VM does not? because now I have a RX6600 server are not using, I'd be test run before the proposed purchase from HP

You need a trail license for both as far as I see. But I am not sure HP affords a trial license for 11iv3 OS .
There is HP-UX 11i Operating Environment Per-Processor License free of charge you cant get, and I am not sure how it can solve your problem.

That is a test license for "Integrity Virtual Machine" also test license for "HP-UX 11i v3 VM Host" is where I can download?

You aren't going to get an answer to this here... if you want to "try before I buy" for HP-UX, then you will need to go speak to your local HP rep and ask him/her. In certain situations customers may be allowed to try software before purchase outside of formal trial schemes.

For Integrity Virtual Machines software, there is a formal trial - the software is downloadable here:

What I don't understand is that generally we don't sell Integrity servers without HP-UX licenses, so I'm assuming one of the following has happened:

1) You've just lost your HP-UX media - as long as you have a support contract in place you can request a replacement set through Software Update Manager (see bar on left of all ITRC pages)

2) You bought this rx6600 on the 2nd user market and didn't make sure you got the software licenses with it. Thats bad luck but I'm afraid you'll need to purchase replacement licenses

3) You bought the system to run Linux or Windows, so need HP-UX licenses now - again, you'll have to buy them.

So could you tell us how you ended up with a rx6600 but no HP-UX?
