Hi Prajul,

Does the system have a console access ?
If Yes, then you should be able to login through the console as root.

Also,
how did the root user get disabled ?
Did you enter wrong password multiple times?

You can also try booting the system in single user mode. Once this is done, you can change the password.

console will allow you if your root account is disabled:

try accessing the system via console as root and right password.

if you do not remember the password..then single mode option as suggested by P Muralidhar Kini
