Unable to send emails using mailx command

i am getting the following error

This indicates the problem is with the mail server at IP address 192.168.10.200.

Find the admin of that server, and ask him/her to fix it, or to explain why his/her server rejected your mail.

Thanks for responding but i am able to receive emails received by root user to my external email id.

Dear Phani,

Check with your Exchange Administrator about enabling anonymous mails to sreedharkumar.k@visiontek.co.in or ask them to register orauat@localhost as trusted.

Thanks for reply, sreedhar is able to receive cron job emails form root user and we have qmail server not exchange
