This cannot be changed after the volume group has been created.<BR />Suggest you create a new volume group. I always use 'vgcreate -p 128' which is a good balanced number between physical number and maximum physical size.<BR />Check out the 'vgdisplay -v' and look in the 'Max PE' field. On yours this will say 16.
